	CHILI EGG PUFF

		10 eggs 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 pint creamed cottage cheese 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 4 oz jar diced jalapeno peppers Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add rest of ingredients and blend well. Pour into greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and center is firm -- about 35 minutes.

The first thing I noticed about this recipe is it does not tell you how many people it serves. Are we supposed to guess?

I have been making this for years, and every time I make it, everyone raves. As for servings, if it is the main dish, figure about 12 - 15. If it's with a bunch of other dishes, figure more.
