Condensed Milk 03

Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 c dry milk solids (powdered milk)
2/3 c white sugar
1/3 c boiling water
3 tb butter
Combine all (in blender is best) on high speed until well mixed and
smooth. Store in refrigerator.
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Boil together one part sugar and 2 parts milk until thickened or
until milk registers 225 on candy thermometer.
