Mock Devonshire Cream
3 oz pkg. softened cream cheese 1 tsp. powdered sugar 1 cup heavy whipping cream
In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add whipping cream, beating until thick. Refrigerate, covered, several hrs. or overnight. Amount: 2 cups.
It keeps from 10-12 days in refrigerator.
