Poached Eggs with Cream Sauce

2 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 tsp. oil
1 small can peas
salt and pepper to taste
eggs
bread for toasting

Make a cream sauce: Melt butter, add oil and flour. Mix until
slightly thickene d and add the can of peas - juice and all. Stir
until thickened again. Poach the eggs. Toast the bread.

Place the toast of the plate, add the poached egg and top with the
pea sauce.
