Mock Whip Cream

Low Cal Whipped Cream Substitute
12 oz can chilled evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp confectioners sugar
Chill evaporated skim milk and whip with electric mixer until
fluffy, add vanilla and confectioners sugar while whipping.
Evaporated skim milk also may be substituted in many recipes where
cream is called for.
