Yogurt Cheese
1 quart (or more) of plain yogurt
Dump yogurt into a cheesecloth. Suspend cheesecloth over a bowl.
Let yogurt drain overnight in the refrigerator until dry.
Once liquid has drained, the cheese will be dry and creamy. You
can flavor it with herbs, garlic, or even cocoa and sugar.
