Even though I used salmon as the fish (that's all I had at the time) it still turned out great! I also tried the onion rings and they turned out really good too. Canada Everything was great accept for the fact that there needs to be more information, for example, how many does this serve? Because when I made it I was not happy to find out that there was enough batter to make only two small fillets.
