It really is very good, May 8, 2004 - 06:43 PM

This recipe is amazing. Even though I used salmon as the fish (that's all I had at the time) it still turned out great! I also tried the onion rings and they turned out really good too. Definately try this recipe

This was an easy recipe to follow as I had all the ingredients already at home. I made battered roe and onion rings using this recipe and both where crisp and tasty. Best of it was easy to prepare.

Fish Batter 01, October 19, 2007 - 06:58 PM

Everything was great accept for the fact that there needs to be more information, for example, how many does this serve? Because when I made it I was not happy to find out that there was enough batter to make only two small fillets.
