Quick And Easy Fish With Yogurt

1 onion, chopped
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tsp salt
150 ml yogurt (1 little pot)
200 gr fish (1 little white pomfret)
10 gr butter (1 little package)
a handful of coriander or parsley, chopped (to garnish)

Preheat the oven to 200 C (400 F). Heat a fry-pan over medium heat,
add the butter. Add the onion, coriander and salt and fry for 3
minutes. Spread half of the yogurt over the bottom of a baking
dish. Lay the fish on top and spread the other half of the yogurt
over the fish. Place the onion mixture on top Bake for 8-10 minutes.
(at most 20 minutes, like in the picture). Serve with chopped
coriander or parsley sprinkled on top.
