Corn Meal Catfish Fillets
1/3 cup yellow corn meal
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.paprika
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 cup salad oil
Combine corn meal, flour, salt and paprika. Dip fish in corn meal
mixture to coat. In skillet, heat oil. Fry fish fillets till brown
on one side. Turn and fry the other side.
