HALIBUT FANCY

6 small halibut fillets
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 Tbsp minced onion
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup canned milk ( or half and half )
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 cup crab meat, Dungeness preferred

Grease a 1 qt mold generously. Place fillets in mold, salt and
pepper and sprinkle the lemon juice over them. Mix crumbs and onions
together with the melted butter, milk, and the eggs until creamy.
Add mustard, Worcestershire and crab to the creamy mixture and pour
over the fillets. Set mold in a pan of hot water and bake at 325
for 35 minutes or the filling is set. Unmold, garnish and serve.
