Salmon Patties (family recipe)

1 can salmon, drained and de-boned
1 egg
saltine crackers

Combine salmon and egg. Crush saltine crackers and add to salmon
until you can make patties (like hamburgers) which will hold
together. Fry over medium heat in about 1/4 inch of oil until
medium brown. Drain. Some people like either ketchup or mustard
with them. I like them plain.

WHY EVEN BOTHER TO FRY.MY GRANDCHILD CAN COME UP WITH A BETTER RECIPE. ADDING KETCHUP,OR MUSTARD IS THE ULTIMATE DISASTER. THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD RECIPES AVAILABLE, WHY SETTLE FOR THE DUMBEST?
