Miso Marinated Sea Bass

1 part miso
1 part mirin (Japanese cooking wine)
a drizzle of sesame oil.
chopped green onion (optional)
fresh ginger (optional)
Sea Bass steaks
butter
lemon wedges

Blend equal parts miso and mirin (Japanese cooking wine) with a
drizzle of sesame oil. Chopped green onion and fresh ginger
optional. Coat Sea Bass steaks, cover and refrigerate one hour.

Grill, broil, or saute in a little butter until segments are almost
flaking. Serve with lemon wedges.
