fresh trout filets or filets, rinsed
Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
hudson cream flour with salt and pepper already included
Add 1/2 cup of Zesty Italian Salad Dressing to a rectangular size
dish. Add the filets and let set for 15 minutes or so.
Preheat a skillet at 350. While the skillet is preheating, gently
lift the trout filets out of the salad dressing and roll in the
flour. Fry the filets in the least amount of oil you can get by
with. When the edges turn brown, turn the filets.
