tuna lovers, heads up!, December 2, 2004 - 11:48 AM

we love tuna, and we love to eat really well but get turned off by recipes that demand (a) a lot of time, and, (b) fussy or complicated preparation. this recipe takes fresh and simple ingredients and turns them into a wonderfully tasty dish in no time at all. we recommend this to anyone who loves tuna tartar and would rename this recipe "delicious tuna tartar made ridiculously easy".
