Strawberries Cream

Strawberries with Cocoa Whipped Cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 quart fresh large strawberries, washed, dried, stems left intact
Combine sugar, cocoa powder and cream. Chill at least 1 hour.
Beat until stiff. Place in bowl and surround with chilled whold
strawberries with cream in parfait glasses.
