Strawberries Romanoff
2 quarts strawberries, cleaned and halved
sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup Grand Marnier liquer
3 cups whipping cream
confectioner's sugar
vanilla
Ligntly sprinkle cut up strawberries with sugar. Combine thawed
orange concentrate and Grand Marnier. Let berries soak one hour.
Before serving, whip heavy cream seasoned to taste with confectioner's
sugar and vanilla.
Serve berries, marninade, and whipped cream.
