Easy, delicious, and perfect if you're in a hurry!, May 12, 2004 - 02:30 PM
Reviewer: Adam from Lexington, KY
I was in a hurry for lunch, so I re-heated some dinner leftovers from the night before. I took a black Plantain and sliced it lengthwise down the center, peeled it, put soft butter on top, sprinkled some brown sugar on it, put it in a plastic sandwich bag (leaving it open), and microwaved it for 3 minutes on medium heat. IT WAS THE PERFECT COMPLIMENT TO MY LUNCH!
