1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk

3 cups tart apples, sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened

Mix yeast, salt, 4 T sugar, and 3/4 cup flour. Add butter to milk.
