GRITLIS BREZELI

150 g Butter
200 ml heisses Wasser
150 ml Weisswein
150 ml Rahm
1 Gla"schen Kirsch
2 Eier
1 Prise Salz
1 abgeriebene Zitronenschale
175 g Zucker
400 g Mehl

2/3 cup butter
3/4 cup hot water
2/3 cup white wine
2/3 cup cream
1 shot-glass Kirsch
2 eggs
pinch salt
grated peel of 1 lemon
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups flour

Die Butter im heissen Wasser zum Schmelzen bringen. Weisswein,
Rahm, Kirsch, Eier, Salz und die abgeriebene Zitronenschale beifu"gen
und gut vermischen. Zucker und Mehl dazugeben und zu einem
dickflu"ssigen Teig verarbeiten. Mit einem Lo"ffeli je eine kleine
Portion auf die Ornamente geben und du"nne Brezeli backen.

Melt butter in hot water. Add wine, cream, Kirsch, eggs, salt and
lemon peel and mix well. Add sugar and flour to make a thick liquid
dough. Put dough on iron with a teaspoon.
