CHEESE BREZELI

75 g butter
100 g grated and mixed Gruye`re and Appenzeller cheese
300 g flour
1-2 coffee spoons salt
125 ml water

1/3 cup butter
1 cup grated and mixed Gruye`re and Appenzeller cheese
2 1/3 cups flour
1 to 2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water

Soften butter. Work in cheese. Dissolve salt in water and add.
Work in flour and knead dough. Let rest 30 minutes. Form small
balls and place on iron. Makes 100 brezeli.
