SWEET CREAM BREZELI
60 g butter/1/4 cup
100 g sugar/1/2 cup
1 egg
1 egg yolk
250 ml beaten sweet cream/1 cup
pinch salt
grated peel of an orange
200 g flour/1 1/2 cups
Cream butter with sugar and add the other ingredients. Then add
the sifted flour. The viscous dough can be used immediately. Put
a tablespoon of dough on iron. Makes 100 brezeli.
