German Bundt Cake

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
4 egg whites
1 tsp almond extract
3 cups cake flour, sifted three times
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk

Cream butter, sift sugars to together and cream into butter. Add
unbeaten yolks, one at a time. Mix in extract. sift flour with
baking powder and salt 3 times. Add flour and milk alternately to
batter. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Place in buttered bundt pan
and bake 350 1 1/4 hours or tested done. Cool in pan 15 minutes
and remove carefully to rack to finish cooling.
