Schokoladen-Sahne (Chocolate cream)

5 cups cream
2 bars (200 grams) Chocolate
1 pk gelantin

Melt the chocolate in the cream and bring it to boil (on the stove
or in the microwave). Let it cool in the refrigator and whipped
the next day. Put in the liquid gelantin.

Use as a filling and icing.
