Leberkas

600 g / 18 oz pork
400 g / 12 oz ground beef
salt
pepper
garlic
sweet paprika powder
2 eggs
100 g / 3 oz flour
200 g / 6 oz fresh fat bacon from the back

Grind the pork finely and mix it very well with the ground beef.
Cut the bacon into small cubes. Mix salt and spices to taste, eggs,
flour and bacon into the meat mixture. Preheat an oven to 180C /
355 F. Rub a loaf form with fat and dust it with flour. Put in the
meat mixture and smooth it. Bake about 75 min.
