Potato Spread
1/2 kg potatoes
200 ml sour cream
2 onions
salt, pepper
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into 1" sized cubes and steam
them until soft. Put them into a large bowl and smash them. Add
the finely chopped onions and enough sour cream to make a nice
spread. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
