Spaetzle

2 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Beat eggs, add salt, flour, powder, and water. Stir to form a
stiff, smooth batter. Use a spaetzle maker (similar to a giant
potato ricer, or a different style resembling a grater with a
sliding box over it) or a colander to form dumpling bits. Drop
into boiling salted water. They are finished when they rise to
the top. Drain in a colander, toss with butter.
