(Tomato Salad)
Servings: 4
5 tomatoes, chopped
1 T sugar
1 t salt
1 t basil
1/4 t thyme
1/4 t freshly ground pepper
1/2 c vegetable oil
6 T vinegar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, diced
Blend all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour before serving.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
