Garlic Sauce 02

Garlic dip sauce
1 1/2 cup strained yogurt 2 medium cucumbers 4 to 6 cloves garlic mashed 4 tbls olive oil A dash of white wine vinegar Salt
Grate the cucumbers or cut them thin in vegetable's cuter. Strain and squeeze the pulp very well and add salt. Add the garlic, the vinegar; the yogurt and stir. Add the oil and stir again. Cool before service.
Variations:
Sprinkle with paprika on the top.
You could add capers in the sauce.
You could add smashed hazelnuts or whiten almonds.
This sauce goes perfect with Barbeque: steaks, chops, sausages, chicken, etc.
