Greek Marinated Leg Of Lamb
3 lb leg of lamb, boned and tied 1 large lemon 1/4 cup olive oil 2 cloves garlic, smashed 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp bay leaf 3 tbsp lemon juice salt and pepper
Place lamb in bowl with rest of ingreeidents. Rub into meat. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and marinate overnight, Put on Rotisserie and cook about 1 1/2 hours.
