Christmas Cheese Ball
2 pkg cream cheese
1 lb grated cheddar
1 T green pepper, minced
1 T pimento, minced
1 T onion, minced
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
dash cayenne
Mix together cream cheese and cheddar well with hands. Add green
pepper, pimento and onion. Add Worcestershire, lemon juice and
cayenne. Mix well. Form into 1 large ball or 2-3 smaller balls.
Roll completed balls in parsley, walnuts or almonds. Allow to age
in fridge. These make great gifts.
