Eggnog Cheesecake
Serves 12

2 cups crushed graham cracker or zwieback crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter

2 Tbs. flour
8 pkgs. (9 oz. ea.) cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
8 eggs
1/4 cup rum
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix crumbs and butter and pat into the bottom and halfway up the
sides of pan.

Beat together the cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until
creamed. Beat in the flour. Add eggs, one at a time, scraping bowl
often with a rubber scraper. Add rum, sour cream and nutmeg. Continue
to scrape the sides of the bowl. Place a rack in a large pan. Add
water to the pan until it just touches the rack. Place pan with
cheesecake on rack. Bake at 275 degrees for one hour and 45 minutes
or until center is firm when touched lightly with the fingers.
