RUM BALLS
(makes 16)

120 g (4 oz) semi-sweet chocolate
15 ml (1 Tbsp) whipping cream
30 ml (2 Tbsp) rum
180 g (1 1/3 cups) icing sugar, sifted
40-50 g (2-3 oz) chocolate vermicelli or nonpareils

Over slow heat, melt the chocolate and stir in cream and rum. Beat
in the icing sugar until mixture is fairly stiff. Roll into small
balls and coat with the chocolate vermicelli. Place on a cookie
sheet, and refrigerate for several hours.
