Moisten with rum to form a stiff dough. Form into small balls and roll in cocoa to coat. This recipe is not only simple, it's flexible. It can be made with other kinds of liquor (amaretto, sherry, and Southern Comfort work well), nuts (almonds or pecans, for instance) and coatings (ground nuts, finely grated coconut, etc.) and always comes out tasting great. Canada this recipe was pretty easy to prepare(except for grinding the 2 cups of chocolate needed).the amount of booze you use will probably have to be almost doubled because when i put in the 4 Tbsp.of booze as shown in the recipe,the mix turned into tiny little balls until i put in the extra rum which then caused it to turn into the stiff slightly sticky dough. be careful not to let them sit out after you finish making them because they will start to dry out a bit, try packing them away in plastic.
