6 cups apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup honey
3 Tbs lemon Juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 can (2 1/2 cups) unsweetened pineapple juice
Heat cider and cinnamon stick to boiling. Then simmer 5 minutes.
