Wassail
1 gallon apple cider
1 quart orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
1 large can pineapple juice
24 whole cloves
1 cup granulated sugar
4 cinnamon stick
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, over medium heat, and
simmer 10 minutes.
Strain and serve hot. Refrigerate to store. Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
