Fattigmands
2 eggs
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp cream
dash salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Enough flour
deep fat to fry
Beat eggs and sugar. add cream , salt and extract. Add enough flour
so dough can be rolled. Roll thin. Cut into narrow strips or
shapes. Deep fry in fat until golden.
