Xmas Fruit Cookies 01

Fruit Cookies
1 lb pecans
1 pkg raisins
1/2 lb candied cherries
1/2 lb candied pineapple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups flour
3 tablespoons milk
2 jiggers whiskey (more or less to taste)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
3 teaspoons baking soda
Coarse chop pecans raisins, cherries and pineapple together well.
Sift dry ingredients.
Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten eggs, then dry ingredients and
whiskey and milk.
Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 250F oven
about 20 minutes.
