chicken breast, boned and skinned
1 tub double cream or natural yoghurt
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 pinch of salt
juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of ginger
2 garlic cloves, or to taste
Some garam masala coriander parsley
cayenne pepper to taste

Mix all the spices with the cream (or yoghurt) and gently heat in
a saucepan. While this is simmering, lightly brown the chicken in
a frying pan in a small amount of oil. Once it has browned, add
the sauce, covering the chicken and then add the chopped onion and
tomato. Allow to simmer for around 30 minutes and serve with rice.
