1 medium chicken
3 large onions
4 green chilies
1 1/2 inch ginger
1 pod garlic
1 inch cinnamon
a few cardamom
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp aniseed
Grind together onions,. chilies, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom,
cloves, chili pwder, turmeric and aniseed.
Clean and cut chicken into pieces, add the ground masala, 2 spoons
curds, 3 tomatoes and cook the chicken without adding water. Serve
garnished with coriander leaves.
