Creamed Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
2 cups grated cottage cheese
0.5 cup milk
0.5 cup fresh cream
0.5 cup castor sugar (increase if required)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup grated chocolate
a pinch of coffee powder
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a mixer other than the cream.
Increase the quantity of milk if the mixtyre is runny.
Gently fold in the cream. Sprinkle some coffee powder on top.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Serve chilled.
