Indian Dahi Bara

quarter bread (4 pieces)
curd (500 gms)
salt to taste
sugar to taste
ghee or oil to fry bread
roasted coriander and red chilly (ground together)

Cut bread into 4/6 pieces. Deep fry in oil. Keep aside and let
cool. In a separate bowl, beat curd well with salt and sugar to
form a creamy mass. Put the breads in it and let soak for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle roasted coriander and chilly powder (ground masala) on
top and serve.
