KADAI PANEER

1/2 kg paneer
3 spoons ghee or butter
3 big sized onions
2 cups tomato paste
2 green bell peppers (Capsicums)
4 spoons garam masala
1 spoon ginger-garlic paste
1 spoon coriander powder
2 spoons chilli powder
1 spoon turmeric
Salt to taste

Chop onions finely. Cut Capsicums into long thin pieces. Cut Paneer
into small cubes.

Take a deep frying dish. Put butter and once it gets heated, add
onions and fry till golden brown.

Add Ginger-Garlic paste and fry well. Add Coriander powder, Chilli
powder, Turmeric, Tomato paste and salt and mix well.

Then add Paneer cubes and Capsicum pieces and allow it to fry for
about 15 minutes and keep stirring in between.

In end, add Garam Masala powder and season it with Coriander leaves
and Curry leaves.

This recipe, i prepared the first time. It came out very well and very easy to prepared. I used all the ingredients mentioned in the list, so i got good colour and taste.
