Ingrediests:

fresh curd = 4 cups
Drum stick = 1 no.
Brinjal= 4 no.
dry fried rice=1/4 tbs
oil fried gram dal=1/4 tbs
dry fried coriander seeds=1/2 tbs
green chillies=10 nos.
coconut=6 pieces
salt=4 pinches

Directions:
Grinding the coconut,greenchillies,dry fried rice,oil fried gram dal,dry fried coriander seeds are grinding very nicely.

Cut the brinjal & Drumstick in small size of rectangle, then take the bowl in adding their water + 1 pinches of salt and boiling the pieces.

After 15 minutes are boiled then take the pan with 2tbls of oil then add the mustard then zeera was fried lightly.

Adding the fresh curd,add the grinding paste,boiled vegetables was 15 to 20 minutes cooked at sim in ur Gas stove.

Ready to curd gravy or More Kulamboo is very tastyof southindian meals.
