Sag paneer

3 bunches of spinach
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon ginger chopped
3 green chillis
1/2 teaspoon turmeric pwd
225 gram paneer
2 T oil
oil for deep frying
1 pinch soda bi carb
salt

Chop spinach, add 1/4 cup water, soda bi carb and cook. When cooked
blend well in a blender. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in
hot oil. Heat oil and fry onions, add ginger, green chillis and
turmeric and fry. Add spinach and paneer.
