6-8 Med Potatoes peeled, and cut into thirds and quarters
1 green pepper sliced into strips
1 medium sweet red pepper cut into strips1 large onion, chopped into large pieces


1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4-8 skinless, boneless chicken halves cut into smaller, but still large pieces

1 pound sweet sausage, or Italian sausage (not hot), (or regular Kielbasi, or turkey-sausage, or Turkey Kielbasi) - cut into 1 inch pieces

Grease a 13X9 inch baking dish.
Arrange potatoes, peppers and onion in bottom of greased baking dish. Combine seasonings, and sprinkle about one-half of the seasoning over the vegetables already in the baking dish. Place chicken and sausage (or substitute) in layers on topof the vegetables.Sprinkle on the remaining seasoning.

Cover well (tightly) with aluminium foil. Bake at 425 degrees for one-half hour. Then, reduce temperature to 375 degrees and continue to bake for 45 or more minutes.

Serves 6-8 people.
