Print this Recipe    Marinara Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan,
1/4 grated Romano (optional)
1-2 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp dried parsley (may use fresh, chopped)
1 pinch salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Pasta/Spaghetti (cooked according to package directions) for 4 people

Mix together meat, egg, milk, bread crumbs, grated cheese, garlic, parsley,salt, and pepper.

Shape into 24 small, or 12 medium sized meatballs. Bake in oven in cooking dish,or on tin foil (If using foil, turn sides up, and pinch corners together so thatfat does not leak out into oven during baking.) Bake at 350+ degrees F, for fortyminutes+ for the larger meatballs, and for the smaller ones, test after one-half hour.

(Small meatballs may be microwaved for 8 minutes. Larger ones will take longer - Test large ones for microwave doneness after 9-10 minutes.

Serve meatballs with hot cooked pasta, and marinara sauce.

Serves 4 people.
