1 lb finely ground lamb (or beef) 1 large onion, grated 1 tsp salt 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp ground allspice
Mix all ingredients well and chill for 1 hour, using skewers shape mixture into cylinders directly on skewer. Either broil or cook on grill until done.
