Broiled Lamb Chops with Mustard Honey Glaze
Yield: 4 servings

1/4 c Dijon mustard
1/4 c honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 ts ground Ginger
4 large lamb shoulder chops

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Trim excess fat from chops;
place chops on grill. Generously spread chops with half of spice
mixture and baste during grilling.

Excellent, tangy and easy to prepare glaze. Shoulder chop was slightly chewy due to dry heat - maybe better suited for a loin chop. I served with a spinach salad with hot bacon sauce and steamed yellow squash.
