Broiled Lamb Chops With Onion Sauce
4 center cut lamb chops fresh ground multi colored peppercorns sprinkle of Mrs Dash Seasoning 3/4 cup white wine 1/4 cup butter 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1 1/2 cups chopped red onion
Place the lamb chops on rack in broiler pan, and sprinkle Mrs dash and ground a little pepper on them. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 3 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Saute the onion in saucepan until golden. Add the wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add parsley and serve over lamb chops.
