Print this Recipe    Lamb Steak with Peppercorn Sauce

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4)

4 Lamb fillets
20g Butter
1T stock (pre-made)
1/3 cup Cream
2t drained Green Peppercorn

METHOD:

1. Heat butter in pan, add lamb, cooked until well browned all over, reserve unwashed pan for sauce.
2. Transfer lamb to baking dish. Bake, uncovered in moderately slow oven for about 20 minutes or until tender.
3. Add stock to reserved pan. Add cream and peppercorns, stir until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
4. Serve with lamb and fresh vegetables.
